Noosa is a mecca for cycling. We have big flat rides and long hilly rides. Every ride of the week offers a different course with different speeds associated with each one. And that is just the road riding. Then there are so many mountain bike trails within a couple of K of Noosaville. Gyndier Drive, a 4-6% climb is one of Australia’s landmark rides. With great weather it attracts riders and athletes from all over the world.
This website is provided for the locals as well as visitors so that we have a single location that defines and informs on all the rides that are available.
We now have a new Criterium track out near Noosa Junction which is attracting events from the Sunshine Coast Cycling Club.

Hello!
I’ll be visiting Noosa form London for 2 weeks from 13/2. I was hoping to do 2 or 3 training g rides while I’m there and wondered if there was somewhere I could hire/borrow a road bike from. Also, would there be any group/club rides I could join as I don’t know the roads at all? I could map some routes on Strava but local knowledge is always better than that.

Two bike shops to go to hire bikes. Cyclo Sportif and venture cycles. Greg at the first and Jeremy or Chris at venture can give you the rides. Essentially 5.30 from the Nøosa aquatic centre for the b grade ride nd 6am at the Noosa Bike Shop for the A grade ride and RAW on Gympie terrace for the C grade ride at 6am. Different ride every day. HelloMy name is Oliver, I’m from Switzerland and I will be in Noosa from October 20th to November 17th, 2019. Since I am an avid cyclist I would like to pursue my hobby in Noosa. Currently I am looking for a way to rent a racing bike or mountain bike for this time. Could you help me with that? Maybe a member of the clumb already has an old at home. There are excellent bikes to rent and a choice of shops to rent from. We have a very advanced cycling fraternity here with many international athletes that train here. We have three main rides leaving at 5:30 and 6am and ranging from A grade to C grade in general level. I am in the B Grade group that rides from Little Cove Coffee Shop and finishes there every day of the week. Every ride is different at that time of the year will be fantastic.
